At Terminal 3 of Vienna International Airport, the young coffee roastery Bieder & Maier has opened its very first café – a space where traditional Viennese coffeehouse culture meets contemporary design. The interior concept was developed by Derenko in close collaboration with The Black Square.

Golden accents, herringbone parquet flooring, geometric tiles, green velvet fabrics, and classic Viennese cane chairs define the visual identity of the space. A stylish sales area with a barista station and carefully curated shelving invites guests to explore and enjoy – just before take-off.

Coffee to go? Bieder & Maier’s signature blends are available as whole beans, ground coffee, or capsules for coffee indulgence at home.
