Together with the creative team at Derenko, the “Sperling” was developed and brought to life. At the “Sperling” (German for “sparrow”) the interior design as well as the brand revolve around the history of the bird family of the same name, which has found a home here since 1775 thanks to Joseph II. Based on the motto “happy as a bird”, the new venue with space to seat 100 offers a laid-back atmosphere, a colorful ambience and a culinary experience in one of Vienna’s most popular gardens.
