Since its grand opening in September 2023, the Urikiri restaurant in PlusCity, Pasching, Upper Austria, is the new meeting point for enthusiasts of Korean street food. It was crucial during the conceptualization to preserve the authentic street food ambiance in the interior design. The minimalist concrete look of the walls, the deliberate choice of raw materials, and the construction grids refined with various colors as design elements reflect this character. At the same time, Urikiri offers a welcoming atmosphere for lingering with padded benches and comfortable chairs. The food service area designed with a container look further emphasizes the street style. The wall mural of the smoking tiger, inspired by a traditional Korean legend, enriches the space with a cultural dimension and completes the experience.
